I was in my 7th grade english class when my teacher rushed into the classroom to turn on the television to show us what was going on. We sat and watched the entire scene even watching the towers fall. I was for about a week or so later when it actually hit me to understand what happened that day and the ramifications of that attack. I too was apart of the americans who wanted military action Asap and had no problem with troops moving into Iraq, Afghanistan, and Iran. However, 10 years later do recgonize where we went wrong and now the true consequences of the predujice and oppression that we have inflicted upon people from Muslim and Islamic hertiage and faith.
